About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to drive end-to-end procurement processes for global software and engineering initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders, streamline procurement workflows, maintain audit compliance, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Operational Execution

  • Facilitate the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software development and engineering teams, ensuring full compliance with internal workflows and delivery timelines.

  • Support the creation, submission, approval, and tracking of requisitions, Purchase Orders (POs), and invoices within the ERP system (preferably SAP).

  • Partner with global Purchasing teams to manage contract creation, approval workflows, and vendor onboarding.

2. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the main Procurement point of contact for SWE teams, ICT, Global Purchasing, and Finance.

  • Translate software development project requirements into actionable procurement plans.

  • Collaborate with Regional Operational Leads and technical teams to align procurement activities with business goals, deliverables, and milestones.

  • Maintain transparent, regular communication on PO progress, procurement status, and invoice updates with regional and global stakeholders.

3. Governance, Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contract statuses, spend tracking, and audit trails.

  • Support the execution and tracking of key procurement performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, aligning deliverables with departmental OKRs.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify cost-efficiency opportunities and process improvements.

  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc procurement reports for leadership.

Profil

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or related functions within a global enterprise environment.

  • ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) for PR/PO management, workflow tracking, and reporting.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and modern digital collaboration tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate procurement spend and operational data into strategic insights.

  • Operations & Compliance: Sound understanding of procurement governance, internal controls, and audit requirements.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Automotive OEM industry or large-scale global technology organizations.

  • Hands-on experience with Software Engineering or ICT procurement processes.

  • Background in Project Management or Business Finance.

  • Proven track record of working with offshore teams and international cross-functional stakeholders.
