Misiune

  • Design and development of automotive sealing systems and components.
  • Develop and modify door, window, hood, trunk, body and glass seals.
  • Create 3D models, 2D drawings and detailed engineering specifications.
  • Perform design validation, feasibility studies and tolerance analysis.
  • Work on DFMEA, GD&T, DFM/DFA and design reviews.
  • Coordinate with BIW, Closure, Plastic Trims, Glass and Manufacturing teams.
  • Support prototype development, testing and production implementation.
  • Analyze fitment, sealing performance, NVH and water-leakage-related issues.
  • Manage engineering changes and design releases through PLM systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers for technical issue resolution
