Aufgabe

Design and development of automotive sealing systems and components.

Develop and modify door, window, hood, trunk, body and glass seals.

Create 3D models, 2D drawings and detailed engineering specifications.

Perform design validation, feasibility studies and tolerance analysis.

Work on DFMEA, GD&T, DFM/DFA and design reviews.

Coordinate with BIW, Closure, Plastic Trims, Glass and Manufacturing teams.

Support prototype development, testing and production implementation.

Analyze fitment, sealing performance, NVH and water-leakage-related issues.

Manage engineering changes and design releases through PLM systems.

Collaborate with suppliers and customers for technical issue resolution
