Job Description
We are looking for a Program Supervisor - Paint Process Engineering to join us!
Missions:
- Oversee the paint process engineering activities, ensuring successful program launches.
- Supervise tooling, process development, and application methods within the paint department.
- Provide hands-on leadership to address technical challenges and improve paint process efficiencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage the implementation of new paint technologies and process improvements.
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all paint process activities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in paint process engineering, with a strong focus on tooling, process, and application supervision.
- Proven ability to lead and manage critical projects, particularly during launch phases.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimizing paint processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to paint processes.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in paint process engineering.
