Program Supervisor - Paint Process Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a Program Supervisor - Paint Process Engineering to join us!

Missions:

Oversee the paint process engineering activities, ensuring successful program launches.
Supervise tooling, process development, and application methods within the paint department.
Provide hands-on leadership to address technical challenges and improve paint process efficiencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Manage the implementation of new paint technologies and process improvements.
Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all paint process activities.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in paint process engineering, with a strong focus on tooling, process, and application supervision.
Proven ability to lead and manage critical projects, particularly during launch phases.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimizing paint processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to paint processes.
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in paint process engineering.
