Ongoing training is a priority in our HR policy. This is why we have created the Segula Academy, which provides training in several major areas: Automotive, Aeronautics, Energy, Project Management, Sales and Recruitment. Accessible to all employees through face-to-face or e-learning, by 2023 we will have enhanced our offering with more than 100 e-learning contents.

And to align your career prospects with those of the future of industry, we have deployed My Skills, our skills management platform, which enables us to track your professional progress and offer you training or internal mobility opportunities that will enhance your skills, as well as those of our customers.

Develop your skills through functional mobility within the Group’s 200 business lines, or stay in the same job but opt for sectoral mobility within one of our 7 areas of expertise. You can also dream of geographical mobility and decide to challenge yourself in one of our 140 branches in over 30 countries around the world.

Like Xavier, who began his SEGULA career in France as Branch Manager, a period of around 1 year during which he was able to take part in a number of short-term assignments in various locations, including France, Italy and Morocco. Xavier was then appointed Vehicle Operations Director in Germany for around 3 years, before moving to the USA as Area Director for North America.

1. You apply online

2. If your profile matches the job criteria, our recruiter will contact you for an initial telephone interview. The aim is to fully understand your expectations and motivations.

3. You will meet SEGULA managers and directors. During these discussions, you’ll talk about the Group, the corporate culture and, of course, the position you’re applying for and your career prospects. We’ll also answer any questions you may have.

4. You receive a job offer

5. Congratulations! You’re joining SEGULA Technologies in one of our 140 locations around the world.
