Process, Layout & Installation Specialist
Job Description
- Ensure 100% operational status of stations, coordinating with various teams for part arrangement and issue resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for station-related concerns, ensuring timely execution of plans to align with launch strategies.
- Collaborate with Safety, Ergonomics, Material Flow, and Packaging teams to comply with standards and support station readiness.
- Manage equipment sizing, installation, and compliance with ergonomic requirements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of material handling systems and low-cost automation solutions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CAD layouts, conducting field checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Work with the PFEP Lead to keep transparent and realistic updates of station status and progress.
- Support the 7-step development process for kitting, including identification, layout proposals, and process validation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and MS Office (Excel and Access).
- Knowledge of ODCICS2, ergonomics, and material flow management.
- Experience in dynamic team-based environments, with strong professionalism and adaptability to changes.
- Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
- Proactive in issue identification and resolution, especially related to station readiness and material flow processes.
