Process, Layout & Installation Specialist

Job Description

Ensure 100% operational status of stations, coordinating with various teams for part arrangement and issue resolution.
Act as the primary contact for station-related concerns, ensuring timely execution of plans to align with launch strategies.
Collaborate with Safety, Ergonomics, Material Flow, and Packaging teams to comply with standards and support station readiness.
Manage equipment sizing, installation, and compliance with ergonomic requirements.
Oversee the design and implementation of material handling systems and low-cost automation solutions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CAD layouts, conducting field checks and resolving discrepancies.
Work with the PFEP Lead to keep transparent and realistic updates of station status and progress.
Support the 7-step development process for kitting, including identification, layout proposals, and process validation.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and MS Office (Excel and Access).
Knowledge of ODCICS2, ergonomics, and material flow management.
Experience in dynamic team-based environments, with strong professionalism and adaptability to changes.
Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
Proactive in issue identification and resolution, especially related to station readiness and material flow processes.
