Recruiter - Manufacturing Engineering (ME)
Job Description
This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our specialized sectors, particularly in automotive and industrial needs. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of job roles, experience in hiring Manufacturing Engineering (ME) candidates, and a strong local network in major US talent hubs like Detroit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with Segula Technologies’ values and culture.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to effectively compete for top talent.
Take charge of sourcing to find future candidates and feed our Talent Pools.
Contact and interview candidates.
Propose team improvements to our recruitment processes, candidate experience, and talent support.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with good knowledge of the Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to be part of a dynamic and caring team.
- Status: Exempt: As an exempt employee, you will not be eligible for additional pay or overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 hours in one calendar week.
