Key responsibilities:

Setup and harmonise the configuration management process and procedures for the project.
• Governing & harmonising Configuration Management Process.
• Setup and harmonise the defects management process and procedures for the project.
• Governinig & harmonising Defects Management Process.
• Setup Defects Management Review Board at project level and lead the discussion.

Defects analysis and documentations.
• Coordinate the review of the defects and ensure all defects are being classified and allocated to the right party/supplier.
• Facilitate defects review sessions with different stakeholders.
• Setup the CM and DM processes.
• Drive the defects analysis and follow thru the troubleshooting and resolution of the defects.

Lead the review of the defects‘ artefacts between customer and system suppliers’.
• Assist SI Manager to setup Engineering Change Control Board (ECCB) management and processes.
• Implement CM and DM tools according to the project needs.
