Engine Controls Features Development Specialist

Job Description

  • Discovering and developing requirements for assigned features in HEV, PHEV, MHEV, and BEV vehicles.
  • Providing training to the team on specific technical competencies.
  • Supporting and guiding the team to improve competencies, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
  • B2 level of English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Controls Theory.
  • Experience with model-based controls, calibration, validation, requirements development, and Simulink.
  • Strong knowledge of ICE, Hybrid, and BEV Propulsion Architectures, software, and CAN systems.
  • Expertise in Matlab/Simulink, Stateflow, ETAS INCA & MDA, Ms Visio, CANalyzer.
