Engine Controls Features Development Specialist

Job Description

Discovering and developing requirements for assigned features in HEV, PHEV, MHEV, and BEV vehicles.
Providing training to the team on specific technical competencies.
Supporting and guiding the team to improve competencies, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
B2 level of English proficiency.
Proficiency in Controls Theory.
Experience with model-based controls, calibration, validation, requirements development, and Simulink.
Strong knowledge of ICE, Hybrid, and BEV Propulsion Architectures, software, and CAN systems.
Expertise in Matlab/Simulink, Stateflow, ETAS INCA & MDA, Ms Visio, CANalyzer.
