使命

  • Create 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE.
  • Perform Digital Mock-Up (DMU) studies for packaging, clearance, and clash analysis.
  • Develop General Assembly (GA) drawings and 3D annotations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and benchmarking activities.
  • Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Service (DFS) principles.
  • Optimize component weight, cost, manufacturability, and structural performance.
  • Support prototype builds and resolve vehicle integration issues.
  • Coordinate with CAE, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Production teams.
  • Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), NPRs, and design releases.
  • Maintain BOM, CAD data, and PLM documentation using Windchill and SAP.
  • Prepare SOPs, Add/Delete Lists, and Design Maturity Index (DMI) reports.
  • Support design validation, testing, and issue resolution during vehicle builds.
