  • Define vehicle architecture and platform concepts.
  • Develop vehicle packaging layouts and hard points.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration of body, chassis, powertrain, HVAC, interiors, and E/E systems.
  • Perform packaging feasibility and interface management.
  • Conduct Digital Mock-Up (DMU) reviews and resolve packaging clashes.
  • Create and maintain vehicle-level specifications and Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, homologation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA).
  • Manage design changes throughout the development cycle.
  • Participate in prototype builds, validation, and production launch activities.
  • Collaborate with styling, CAE, manufacturing, purchasing, and supplier teams
