Mission
- Define vehicle architecture and platform concepts.
- Develop vehicle packaging layouts and hard points.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of body, chassis, powertrain, HVAC, interiors, and E/E systems.
- Perform packaging feasibility and interface management.
- Conduct Digital Mock-Up (DMU) reviews and resolve packaging clashes.
- Create and maintain vehicle-level specifications and Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM).
- Ensure compliance with safety, homologation, and regulatory requirements.
- Support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Manage design changes throughout the development cycle.
- Participate in prototype builds, validation, and production launch activities.
- Collaborate with styling, CAE, manufacturing, purchasing, and supplier teams
