Profil
Automotive Industry: 5+ years of progressive automotive technical engineering experience.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record working directly with Automotive Cooling / Thermal Management Systems.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading engineering or product development projects within an automotive APQP framework.
Manufacturing Exposure: Minimum of 2 years of experience interacting with or working within an Automotive Manufacturing environment (understanding stamping, molding, assembly, or casting processes).
Strong understanding of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA).
Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Self-motivated and structured, capable of managing complex project timelines independently.
