Misiune
- Responsible for vehicle-level integration of upper body systems and components, ensuring functional, mechanical, electrical, and packaging requirements are met.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Quality, and Suppliers to resolve vehicle integration issues.
- Perform system and component integration for upper-body areas such as doors, closures, roof systems, glazing, exterior/interior trims, and related mechanisms.
- Review and validate CAD/DMU data, packaging, interfaces, clearances, and fitment at vehicle level.
- Analyze and resolve integration issues, interface clashes, fit & finish, NVH, functional, and assembly-related concerns.
- Support vehicle build, prototype, testing, validation, and production phases by identifying and closing integration issues.
- Manage and track technical issues, change requests, engineering changes, and action items with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle requirements, design standards, dimensional targets, and applicable automotive regulations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and problem-solving for vehicle-level issues and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Support DFMEA, risk assessment, design reviews, and engineering change management activities.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure component design, quality, timing, and integration requirements are achieved.
- Contribute to improving vehicle quality, manufacturability, reliability, cost, and customer satisfaction.
