- Lead project contracts from design to completion, meeting service, cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
- Client Satisfaction: Serve as a key client liaison to cultivate partner relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Data Systems Management: Build tracking tools and automations to streamline project documentation, metrics, and KPI reporting.
- Risk & Quality Assurance: Conduct risk analyses, implement corrective actions, and adhere to standard PMO procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards
Project Execution & Team Coordination:
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering project execution, monitoring deliverables to align with customer requirements and budget parameters.
Manage workforce allocation, position negotiations, onboarding processes, and operational follow-ups for client programs.
Prepare and validate tender responses, project preparation, and steering structures.
Apply project management standards, promote PM efficiency within the organization, and support team recruitment and development.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary operational liaison between clients and internal engineering teams.
Communicate effectively across international, cross-functional teams (e.g., US, Canada, global locations).
Present clear status reports, risk evaluations, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Quality & Continuous Improvement:
Enforce quality compliance following ISO 9001 standards and internal PMO guidelines.
Lead problem-solving initiatives using quality and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5W).
Perform regular risk assessments and establish corrective action plans.
Data Management & Workflow Automation:
Consolidate and maintain project documentation, validation statuses, and operational KPIs in structured repositories.
Design and deploy interactive dashboards and tracking systems using tools like Power BI, Monday.com, Google Suite, and SharePoint.
Implement automated workflows to optimize reporting efficiency, tracking, and cross-team communication.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and streamline operational workflows.
Profil
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in project management, engineering resource coordination, or data management roles.
Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Data & Analytics Tools: Practical experience with Power BI, Google Suite, SharePoint, Monday.com, SQL, Python, or Excel VBA.
Quality & PM Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001 frameworks, standard PMO processes, and core continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5W).
Resolution-Oriented Mindset: Proactive problem-solver committed to achieving targets and overcoming operational obstacles.
Self-Learner: Fast learner who independently acquires new technical skills, software knowledge, and operational concepts.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical and operational updates clearly.
