Job Description
We are looking for a Plant Maintenance & CMMS Specialist to independently assess, improve and document maintenance practices within a manufacturing plant.
The consultant will prepare Standard Maintenance Procedures, structure machine hierarchies for Prometeo and develop validated Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance calendars.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess existing plant maintenance processes and documentation.
- Prepare and standardize Standard Maintenance Procedures.
- Define maintenance steps, safety requirements, tools, frequencies and durations.
- Review asset lists, equipment coding and maintenance criticality.
- Develop parent-child equipment relationships and machine hierarchies.
- Prepare Prometeo-ready machine-tree data.
- Reconcile CMMS records with installed equipment.
- Develop Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance calendars by plant area.
- Define maintenance ownership and escalation rules.
- Facilitate validation workshops with maintenance and production teams.
- Support CMMS testing, data upload and approval.
- Prepare the final plant handover package.
Profil
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance or Industrial Engineering.
- Between 6 and 10 years of directly relevant experience.
- Strong manufacturing plant maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated experience preparing SMPs or maintenance procedures.
- Experience managing equipment hierarchies and CMMS master data.
- Knowledge of Prometeo or a comparable CMMS.
- SAP PM experience preferred.
- Strong documentation and shopfloor-validation skills.
- Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
