We are looking for a Junior Plant Maintenance & CMMS Engineer to support the preparation of maintenance procedures, equipment structures and maintenance calendars within a manufacturing plant.

The consultant will work under the guidance of senior maintenance specialists and directly support shopfloor data collection, equipment verification and CMMS documentation.

• Collect and review plant asset and equipment information.
• Support the preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures.
• Document maintenance steps, tools, frequencies, safety points and estimated durations.
• Assist in reviewing equipment coding and machine hierarchies.
• Prepare equipment data for the Prometeo CMMS.
• Compare the CMMS machine list with installed plant equipment.
• Support the preparation of Preventive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance calendars.
• Maintain documentation trackers and action lists.
• Participate in plant workshops and shopfloor validation.
• Support the preparation of final handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance or Industrial Engineering.
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and maintenance documentation.
• Exposure to CMMS platforms and equipment master data.
• SAP PM exposure is preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
