We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior IP Control & PCE Engineer to oversee, design, and optimize our Intellectual Property (IP) control systems and Process Control Engineering infrastructure. This fully remote role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex IP routing architectures, control plane protocols, and automated network process controls. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, robust security, and seamless automation across our distributed network architecture.Key Responsibilities & Duties
Control Plane Management: Design, configure, and maintain IP control plane architectures, ensuring optimal routing, traffic engineering, and network stability.
Process Automation (PCE): Develop and implement Process Control Engineering strategies to automate network provisioning, fault detection, and performance tuning.
Policy & Security Control: Define and enforce IP access control lists (ACLs), firewall policies, and secure IP management frameworks to protect network infrastructure.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze control plane metrics, latency, and convergence times; troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing anomalies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner virtually with Security, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to support new feature rollouts, system integrations, and firmware upgrades.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive network topology maps, control logic documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for remote operations.

Role Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Must Haves)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IP Control, Network Engineering, or Process Control Engineering roles.
Technical Skills:
Advanced expertise in IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS) and MPLS/Segment Routing.
Strong understanding of PCE (Path Computation Element) protocols, PCEP, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) controllers.
Hands-on experience with IP address management (IPAM), subnetting, and DNS/DHCP control systems.
Proficiency in network automation scripts using Python, Ansible, or Jinja.
Remote Environment Readiness: Proven ability to work autonomously in a distributed team environment with excellent time management and self-motivation.
Language & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)
Industry certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), JNCIP/JNCIE (Juniper), or equivalent.
Experience with cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with containerized network functions (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
