Segula Technologies Australia an opportunity for Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Identification of new suitable customers. 
  • Identifying key customer requirements and managing developing the offer response.
  • Securing and chairing / owning meetings with high level customers. 
  • Assist with customer queries.
  • Create, maintain and optimise operational dashboards and reports for field teams and leadership. 
  • Identify potential enhancements to our processes / tools that will facilitate growth.
  • Review and summarise weekly customer experience trends for key stakeholders’ revision and action. 
  • Execute centralised outbound SMS & Email future opportunities to customers. 
  • Facilitate continuous improvements by identifying and implementing process optimisations across our sales & supporting teams.
  • Support and coordinate the execution of internal communications as well as external digital communications to our customers.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Sales and supporting teams.

Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 5+ years experience in a sales role
  • Technical background preferred.
