Misiune
As a System Verification Engineer within our consultancy's specialist diagnostics team, you will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of diagnostic service-based systems and tools designed to support advanced automotive aftermarket operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing the quality of technical solutions, executing final user acceptance testing, and driving engineering teams to operate in alignment with rigorous quality standards.
Quality assurance will be your primary objective, maintained through feature verification, robust regression testing, test automation, and an uncompromising release process. As a critical gatekeeper for system integrity, you will hold the responsibility for the final declaration on whether a new software solution version is ready for production deployment.
All work is conducted within high-performing agile teams, maintaining continuous, iterative collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and UX Specialists. Additionally, our team owns and drives the evolution of the core Automation Test Platform and its supporting infrastructure, offering you a direct pathway to shape future testing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform precise verification of diagnostic operations within physical vehicles and testing rigs.
Partner closely with development teams from the initial conceptualization phase to ensure quality is integrated by design.
Enforce and align engineering practices with our defined Test Strategy across cross-functional teams.
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and comprehensive regression suites, utilizing automation for repetitive scenarios and manual, exploratory techniques to replicate real-world end-user behaviors.
Maintain, update, and secure critical documentation, including structured test cases, execution results, and backlog management items.
Profil
Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software verification, ideally within the automotive domain.
Domain Knowledge: Strong background at the complete vehicle level, including a deep understanding of electrical systems architecture.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience working with aftermarket diagnostics tools and aftermarket technology applications.
Test Automation: Advanced proficiency in Test Automation frameworks; experience with Playwright and/or Robot Framework is highly advantageous.
Hardware/Testing Tools: Intermediate operational knowledge of electronics system testing equipment, specifically CANoe, CANalyzer, and related environments.
Methodology: Demonstrated experience operating within structured, fast-paced Agile team setups.
Communication: Professional proficiency in English, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
