Job Description
We are currently looking for a CAMO Supervisor to support continuing airworthiness management activities for an AS332 helicopter fleet.
The CAMO Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating CAMO activities across engineering and production, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, airworthiness standards, and safety procedures.
The role works closely with the Operations Manager, maintenance engineering team, work scheduling teams, and technical leaders to ensure the continued airworthiness, safety, reliability, and operational readiness of the aircraft fleet.
Key Responsibilities
The CAMO Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Oversee Airbus Helicopters technical watch activities.
- Enter and update maintenance data in the airworthiness management software, including AdSoftware.
- Draft and update the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
- Ensure that the appropriate Certificate of Release to Service / APRS is issued before each flight and after any maintenance activity or defect report.
- Record and monitor the application of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other mandatory requirements.
- Review non-mandatory Service Bulletins and provide technical recommendations.
- Record and track scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Record and monitor repairs and modifications.
- Monitor aircraft consumption and performance data.
- Initiate maintenance and additional tasks in line with the approved Maintenance Program.
- Prepare event reports for QA validation.
- Monitor updates of embedded aircraft software.
- Record, archive, and track CRM log data within the airworthiness software.
- Prepare tailor-made aircraft maintenance programs in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and inspection schedules with operations and work coordination teams.
- Coordinate with customer authorities when required.
- Lead and supervise CAMO technicians.
- Implement efficient processes to ensure aircraft fleet safety, reliability, and compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities using MIS data.
- Approve certificates of conformity upon helicopter delivery to the end user.
- Prepare technicians’ qualification files for validation.
Profil
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of AdSoftware.
- Good command of MS Office tools.
- Strong helicopter maintenance background.
- Good understanding of logistics procedures.
- Technical English proficiency.
- Knowledge of continuing airworthiness requirements and aircraft maintenance documentation.
- Experience with AS332 helicopters is highly preferred.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in helicopter continuing airworthiness management, maintenance engineering, and technical documentation control. The candidate must be able to work in a highly regulated aviation environment and ensure strict compliance with airworthiness, safety, and contractual obligations.
Experience with AS332 helicopters, CAMO supervision, maintenance planning, technical records, and regulatory compliance will be considered a strong advantage.
