 Selection of material, preparation of Detail drawings & BOM.

 Creating Standard elements for Die Designs.

 Knowledge of die designs with CAMs (Aerial CAM, Collapse, Swing and Rotary) with timing

diagram.

 Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for

both stamping.

 Can be able to make and optimise process/operation sequence.

 Additional advantage (Experience in Pattern Validation).

 Performing benchmarking exercise and value engineering tasks.
