- 3D Die design and drafting of casting tool design in any software [Catia, NX, Solid works]
- Knowledge on Press types & specifications.
- Knowledge on Press Automations (Panel transfer from 1 Press to Press).
- Knowledge on Die standard parts & die cost estimation.
- Selection of material, preparation of Detail drawings & BOM.
- Creating Standard elements for Die Designs.
- Knowledge of die designs with CAMs (Aerial CAM, Collapse, Swing and Rotary) with timing
- diagram.
- Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for both stamping.
- Can be able to make and optimise process/operation sequence.
- Additional advantage (Experience in Pattern Validation).
- Performing benchmarking exercise and value engineering tasks.
