Missão

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to drive business growth and establish a strong local presence in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and strengthen SEGULA Technologies' presence in the Czech market
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new strategic customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target industries
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signature
  • Support and coordinate responses to RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals
  • Promote SEGULA's engineering and industrial service offerings
  • Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams located in Slovakia and Serbia
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the Czech Republic growth strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging business opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting on business development activities and sales performance

Perfil

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial or engineering environments.
  • Proven experience selling engineering services, technical consulting, industrial services, or similar solutions.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industries and industrial processes.
  • Experience within an engineering services company, technical consultancy, or a comparable environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Czech industrial market.
  • Fluent in Czech and English; additional Central European languages are considered an advantage.
