Missão

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across a variety of technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, technical skill needs, and cultural fit expectations.
  • Source candidates using job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand technical and skilled trades roles.
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, qualifications, certifications, and work eligibility requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and client-specific hiring requirements.

Perfil

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing, recruitment agency, or talent acquisition environment.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or skilled trades roles is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and blue-collar / skilled trades recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and candidate sourcing tools (preferably LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple staffing requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills (Assets):

  • Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or Candidate Sourcing Specialist.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or urgent hiring needs.
  • Experience recruiting within the aerospace or aviation industry is considered a strong asset, but is not required.
  • Knowledge of aerospace compliance requirements (such as ITAR) is considered an asset.
