What will be your contributions to the team?
- Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with the company's objectives and translate this into a concrete action plan;
- Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities in the rail sector;
- Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements, contracts, and strategic partnerships;
- Seek innovative solutions tailored to the specific characteristics of the customer and/or sector;
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events;
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, sales, HR) to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth running of projects;
- Monitor the competition and technology to anticipate market trends;
- Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and profitability analyses;
- Define Segula's development strategy and translate it into a contact list and action plan.
Perfil
- Strong network in the rail industry.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a highly dynamic environment and demonstrate leadership.
- Demonstrate strong team spirit, autonomy, and reliability.
- Be available to travel when required.
