As vehicle platforms evolve, systems integration has become the backbone of modern automotive engineering. We are seeking a Senior Integration Lead to drive end-to-end vehicle integration across next-generation and legacy heavy-duty truck platforms.
In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional integration activities across software, electronics, powertrain, safety, and infotainment. You will act as the crucial technical link between R&D, vehicle testing, and factory production, ensuring complex systems work seamlessly together as a unified product.
Profil
E/E Architecture: Deep understanding of both traditional distributed ECU architectures and next-generation centralized computing platforms.
Vehicle Domains: Hands-on experience integrating and troubleshooting cross-functional domains, including Powertrain, Braking & Steering, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Infotainment, Telematics, and Active Safety (ADAS).
Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting: Proven ability to perform advanced system-level diagnostic troubleshooting across software, hardware, wiring, and individual control units.
Tools & Protocols:
- Proficient in CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, and UDS diagnostics.
- Practical experience with automotive engineering tools (e.g., Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, System Weaver, or equivalent ALM/PLM tools).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in a lead role within systems integration, verification, or complete vehicle testing.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in integration within heavy commercial vehicles (trucks/buses) or high-complexity passenger vehicles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (working language).
- Driver's License: Valid B driver’s license (C or D heavy vehicle license is highly advantageous for test track/road verification).
Meritorious
- Experience simultaneously maintaining existing production platforms while validating next-generation vehicle architectures.
- Heavy vehicle driver's license (Category C or D).
- Experience working in Agile frameworks (SAFe, PI planning, Scrum).
- Proficiency with issue-tracking and version control systems (Jira, Confluence, Git).
- Knowledge of Swedish (written or spoken).
