Key Responsibilities
Support program planning, tracking, and execution of engineering activities.
Collect, analyze, and maintain project data to support program decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor program performance.
Create and maintain Excel macros and automation tools to optimize data management.
Manage project documentation, engineering records, and technical documentation.
Support Purchase Order (PO) tracking and related administrative activities.
Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely communication of deliverables.
Prepare monthly program status reports and management presentations.
Monitor project milestones and escalate potential risks when necessary.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality, timing, and program objectives are achieved.
Profil
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, Engineering, or the automotive industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong experience using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Languages: Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication and teamwork skills; strong attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Basic understanding of automotive product development processes.
- Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals.
- Familiarity with automotive engineering systems/processes: GIM, AFOD, APQP, or engineering change management processes.
- Experience with advanced data tools: Power BI, Power Query, VBA/Excel Macros, or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
