Labor
We are looking for an experienced and driven Delivery Lead to guide the rollout and adoption of our modern, cloud-native monitoring, logging, and tracing stack (focusing on tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Kubernetes in an AWS environment).
Your main responsibility goes beyond supporting platform engineers with technical delivery — you will drive change, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and ensure that solutions are successfully adopted into the daily workflows of engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Delivery & Adoption: Lead initiatives from platform integration through to full operational adoption within development teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Map dependencies, align priorities, and remove blockers between platform teams, SREs, and product development teams.
- Stakeholder Management & Decision Making: Keep technical and business stakeholders aligned, challenge assumptions when necessary, and facilitate decision-making during conflicting priorities.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure new observability solutions are delivered with clear processes, documentation, and operational readiness for production environments.
Perfil
- Project Leadership Experience: 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Engineering Program Manager within complex software or cloud environments.
- Technical Background: Hands-on experience in software development or infrastructure. Prior coding experience in Java and a solid understanding of AWS environments.
- Cloud & Observability Domain Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Kubernetes) and the observability ecosystem (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Datadog).
- Structured & Pragmatic Mindset: Outcome-driven rather than process-oriented, with proven skills in managing complex cross-team dependencies.
- Strong Communicator: Confident in facilitating technical discussions, navigating trade-offs, and building consensus between engineers and leadership.
- Background within the automotive or telecom sector.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience within Telecommunications or large-scale connected vehicle / IoT services.
- Working knowledge of Swedish (English is the primary working language).
To apply for this position you are required to have a work permit in Sweden. We encourage all relevant candidates to apply! The recruitment is ongoing, apply today!
