Labor
Automotive manufacturing-process knowledge with exposure to Powertrain machining, assembly, material handling, and intralogistics systems. Hands-on understanding of Discrete Event Simulation methodology, throughput simulation, material-flow simulation, model validation, and scenario analysis. Ability to build logic for gantry, conveyor, buffer, pallet, station, PMHV, dock, and routing behavior using Siemens Plant Simulation and SimTalk. Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams, layouts, station data, cycle-time studies, downtime data, quality loss data, and material-flow inputs. Data analytics and interpretation capability to identify bottlenecks, quantify losses, evaluate sensitivities, and recommend actionable improvement options. Working knowledge of Siemens Plant Simulation, SimTalk, AutoCAD, MS Office, dashboards, and executive-summary reporting is required. Knowledge of lean principles and intralogistics is preferred. Good written and verbal communication is required.
