**POSITION BASED IN THE US; CANDIDATE MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE TN VISA (CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP)**

  • Support the design, development, validation, and production release of Instrument Panel components.
  • Support component ownership, packaging, integration, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with DVPR testing, engineering changes, BOM maintenance, and CAD data management in Teamcenter.
  • Support prototype and production builds and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in cost, weight, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product and warranty issues.
  • Provide technical support to assembly plants and service teams.
  • Communicate component status and technical issues to management and cross-functional teams.

Perfil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in automotive engineering or product development.
  • Knowledge of automotive interior systems and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with CAD software; NX and Teamcenter are assets.
  • Basic knowledge of DVPR, BOM, engineering change management, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluency in English; French is an asset.
