Are you passionate about turning complex railway systems into safe, operational networks? We are seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead the successful introduction of major signalling and railway systems into operational service.
This is an opportunity to play a key role on high-profile rail programmes, ensuring that cutting-edge technology transitions from design into safe, reliable operation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing Testing & Commissioning strategies
- Managing test and commissioning plans across multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting possession planning and operational readiness activities
- Leading readiness reviews and defect management processes
- Coordinating stakeholders through testing, commissioning and handover
- Producing test reports and final handover documentation
Perfil
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
- Proven experience of railway testing and commissioning
- Strong experience with ETCS and Computer Based Interlocking systems
- Proven ability to develop testing and commissioning strategies
- Experience delivering complex operational handovers
