  • System Administration: Configure, maintain, and upgrade PLM platforms (such as PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter).

  • BOM Management: Create, structure, and maintain Engineering and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (EBOM/MBOM).

  • Change Management: Oversee Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO).

  • CAD Integration: Troubleshoot and support CAD tool integrations (like NX, Creo, or AutoCAD).

  • User Support & Training: Assist daily platform users, manage access controls, and provide technical troubleshooting
