Job Description
The IT & Systems Administrator will administer key business systems while supporting users, infrastructure and basic cybersecurity requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer Odoo ERP.
- Administer Bayzat.
- Manage user accounts and system permissions.
- Provide internal IT support.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Support employee IT onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain basic cybersecurity controls.
- Support system access security.
- Maintain IT documentation.
- Coordinate with external IT suppliers where required.
- Support system configuration and maintenance.
- Ensure appropriate access-control procedures are maintained.
Perfil
Qualifications
- Previous IT Systems Administrator experience.
- Hands-on Odoo system-administration experience.
- Hands-on Bayzat administration experience strongly preferred.
- Good user-access management skills.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
- Strong IT troubleshooting capabilities.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience supporting an industrial or regulated organisation advantageous.
