We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to manage stock, receiving, dispatch and inventory documentation.
Job Description
The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory management and traceability of materials and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock records and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate material receiving and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Prepare packing lists.
- Manage HS-code information.
- Record inventory transactions within Odoo.
- Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movements.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Ensure goods are properly identified and documented.
- Maintain strong documentary traceability.
- Support inventory and warehouse audits.
Perfil
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse or inventory-control experience.
- Experience with receiving and dispatch activities.
- Good knowledge of stock-control procedures.
- Experience preparing packing lists.
- Familiarity with HS codes.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory or a comparable ERP/WMS.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good English.
- Industrial, defence, aerospace or technical-equipment experience advantageous.
