Labor

  • Design and develop Instrument Panel (IP), Cockpit, Cross Car Beam (CCB), Glove Box, HVAC Ducts, Center Console, Bezels, Trim Panels, and Mounting Brackets.
  • Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CATIA V5/V6, Creo, or Siemens NX.
  • Perform packaging studies, tolerance stack-up, interface management, and clash analysis.
  • Develop plastic and sheet metal components considering injection molding and manufacturing feasibility.
  • Support DFMEA, DFM, DFA, GD&T, and engineering change management (ECR/ECO/ECN).
  • Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, tooling, suppliers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle.
  • Support prototype builds, validation testing, and production launch activities.
