We are looking for a Quality Analyst – Problem Solver to take ownership of supplier-related quality crises and ensure sustainable resolution. In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting operations by resolving disruptions and preventing recurrence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive structured problem-solving initiatives.

• Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performanc

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability

• Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective

• Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions

•  Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders

• You have a minimum of five years ‘experience in related job
• You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• You have strong experience in problem solving within aerospace or manufacturing
• You master structured methodologies (8D, RCCA, root cause analysis)
• You are highly collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
• You are comfortable working in high-pressure environments
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
