Experience band: 3-7 years

Tools: 

  • Meshing: ANSA(1st preference) / HYPMERMESH (2nd Preference) , 
  • Aanalysis: ABAQUS (Mandatory)

Vehicle Intersystem Engineer – Key Responsibilities & Skills

  1. Develop, integrate, and validate Vehicle Dynamics (VD), Chassis Control, Vehicle Motion Control (VMC), and Traction Control System (TCS) functions.
  2. Coordinate integration between Powertrain, ADAS, Chassis, Thermal Management, Battery Management System (BMS), and Vehicle Control Systems.
  3.  Integrate and validate Powertrain Control Systems, including torque management and ECU communication.
  4. Support Thermal Management and Battery Management System (BMS) integration, including battery cooling and thermal protection strategies.
  5. Define and manage interfaces between vehicle subsystems, ensuring seamless System-of-Systems integration.
  6. Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, and FlexRay.
  7. Perform vehicle-level integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  8. Use automotive engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe, CANalyzer,  

Fundamentals:

Engineering Mechanics, Strength of materials

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech / M.E - Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace /
