We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, ensuring compliance with accounting controls, and providing strategic insights to regional and global leadership to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).

  • Financial Control & Reporting: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) according to local and corporate standards.

  • Executive Dashboards: Design, track, and present financial KPIs and executive decks to local management and global headquarters.

  • Cash Flow & Cost Management: Monitor working capital, optimize corporate costs, track expenditures, and manage cash flow forecasting.

  • Compliance & Audit: Partner with tax and accounting teams to ensure compliance with local regulations (SAT) and support internal/external audit requirements.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, automate reporting, and strengthen internal controls.

Perfil

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (An MBA, Master's in Finance, or relevant certifications like CFA/CPA is a plus).

  • Experience: 4–6 years of solid experience in financial planning, corporate controlling, or senior financial analysis.

  • Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (C1/C2). Must be fully capable of leading business meetings and writing reports in English.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, macros, advanced formulas).

    • Robust experience working with Tier-1 ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

    • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
