Utilize analytical and computational tools to ensure designs meet customer requirements, airworthiness standards, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analyses to evaluate the integrity and performance of aerospace structures and components.
- Conduct finite element modeling (FEM) and analytical assessments of aircraft and flight vehicle structures.
- Perform static strength, fatigue, damage tolerance, thermal, and vibration analyses.
- Support structural testing activities and correlate test results with analytical models.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and certification teams to develop compliant and efficient structural solutions.
- Evaluate materials, structural configurations, and manufacturing methods to ensure structural adequacy.
- Provide technical recommendations to resolve structural issues throughout development, production, and post-delivery support.
- Prepare and maintain analysis reports, technical documentation, and certification data packages.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable aerospace regulatory requirements.
