- Knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly processes of Interiors.
- Design product to cost targets.
- Knowledge in Team Center and Vismockup.
- Demonstrate good customer and cross functional relationships.

Perfil
- Extensive knowledge in advanced injection moulding Technologies like slush moulding, 2K moulding, LPI (Low Pressure Injection moulding) IMG (In Moulding) & IMGL (In moulding Lamination) process.
- Hands-on experience in designing complex plastic Mold designs like IP SUBST
- Capable to discuss with Tool maker or Supplier in all tooling related technical discussions.
- Good Knowledge in Mold flow Analysis and capable of reading Mold flow reports.
- Excellent knowledge in Plastic Injection moulding
- Extensive experience of commodities development (for e.g., Interior components like IP&CNSL, Air vents, Ducts, Pillar Trims, Door Trims) new part design, on-going product development changes; digital pre-assembly.
- Extensive experience in developing CAD designs in CATIA, based on Engineering direction for commodities in above-mentioned PMTs
- Facilitating Engineering review of CAD using available collaborative tools such as Web-Ex, IM, emails etc.
- Understanding the geometric requirements within the context of the vehicle as defined by engineering requirements.
- Applying GD&T for completed designs.
- Ensuring the quality of CAD meets CAD Design standards.
- Executing as well as checking the progress of the Designs and suggest alternatives whenever required to make sure that the deliverables are met with the appropriate quality for each milestone of the Product Development process.
