This exciting programme lasts 18 months and offers candidates the unique opportunity to take on several assignments within various Group entities. This approach enables them to acquire in-depth knowledge of our organisation, as well as crucial technical and management skills.

The programme comprises three key assignments: a 9-month Recruitment Engineer assignment, a 6-month Business Engineer assignment and a 3-month Junior Manager assignment. Each stage is carefully planned to help candidates understand and effectively navigate the different aspects of industry, commerce and customer relationship management.

At the end of the programme, candidates are repositioned within the organisation in high value-added or management positions, contributing to their personal and professional growth.
