This perspective not only enhances the candidate journey but also strengthens the organization’s culture and long-term growth, my vision is set on building a recruitment process that’s both human-centered and strategically adaptive.
2. My role at SEGULA
My role in SEGULA as Director of HR Operations, I am responsible for direct and indirect recruitments, HRIS, Strategic Workforce Planning, (Develop workforce plans to ensure the company has the right people in the right roles), Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency, forecast hiring needs based on growth plans, market trends, and business changes.
3. My training
I have completed MBA in Human resources and Marketing , participated in various HR forums to understand the market trends and implemented in Segula, also successfully presented HR seminar’s in South Korea and India for Segula, I have been trained as HR leader on recruitment strategies, As an HR Professional I have studied Psychology to understand different leadership style and their psychology impact in organisation, allowing myself to cultivate effective leaders within the organization.
4. My professional experience
With an Executive Program in Advanced Leadership and Change Management from IIM, combined with 16 years of experience in HR industry, I bring a strong blend of strategic insight and expertise to HR functions, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, HR Policies as well as an ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
5. My best project
My best project in Segula is building 1000-employee company within a short timeframe is truly impressive! This project demonstrates strategic planning, rapid scaling abilities, and strong recruitment acumen. It reflects the capacity to meet ambitious goals under tight deadlines while maintaining quality hires, which is a testament to my leadership and expertise in HR.
My achievements in winning 1st place in Segula Global Recruitment Challenge and consistently ranking in the top 3 for three consecutive years speaks volumes about expertise and innovative approach in recruitment. This accomplishment highlights of my strategic skills, adaptability, and deep understanding of effective recruitment practices.

I am passionate about HR, where myself bring a natural enthusiasm to fostering a strong organizational culture and building impactful team. This drive likely fuels to my commitment to developing effective recruitment strategies, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with company goals, this passion is both a career and a personal mission for me.

My greatest dream is to digitalizing recruitment is an inspiring and impactful dream! Embracing digital tools can streamline processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve data-driven decision-making. Whether it’s through AI for candidate screening, automation in interview scheduling, or analytics for recruitment insights, digital transformation can elevate recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Thinking, long term vision, proactive approach, networking and relationship building, Digital Literacy, flexibility – being open to new ideas and approaches is key to staying relevant, Resilience – The ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges is important in a dynamic environment.
9. Do you have any advice or recommendations for young professionals wishing to follow a career similar to yours at SEGULA?
My advice and recommendations for young professionals aspiring to build a career in their respective field, focus on continuous learning, develop strong network among the engineering group, embrace technology, be open to innovative technologies, learn from challenges, and utmost important is set clear goal (define goal, achieve goal and create an actional step to reach those miles.
