Junior Equipment Engineer

Job Description

We are actively looking for a Junior Equipment Engineer to join our Team for a project in the Automotive field, located in Cassino. The successful candidate will be able to follow and maintain efficiency, to focus on time delivery and with secured quality.

Main Activities:
- Launch of the business:
  - Input data collection
  - Equipment need definition.
- Equipment New or Modified Technical Specifications:
  - Writing Technical specification
  - Integration of the needs of partners inside specification (automatism, monitoring plan…)
  - Validation by all partners
- Suppliers Offers Consultations and purchase order:
  - Technical evaluation of Supplier offers.
  - Participation to validation of supplier
- Study and supplier’s design
  - Scheduling studies and supplier’s design
  - Following study and milestones of the supplier
  - Animation of the studies between supplier and JV partners to validate
- Installation following
  - Following of the supplier installation on site
  - Audit of the work done on site
  - Issue tracking
  - Writing and validating the acceptance document
- Commissioning:
  - Following schedule of start of equipment
  - Organization of the training to manufacturing and maintenance
  - Issue tracking
  - Follow and Update the delivery of the documents needed for equipment

Qualifications

Mandatory English B1 and Italian minimum B1
Technical Scholastic Background preferred
Leadership skills
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Nice to Have: Proven work experience in process engineering in automotive (automation, mechanical assembly, electrician, PLC)
Supplier management
Follow up of quality standards
Nice to Have: CAD or AutoCad skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
