BIM Specialist/Coordinator – High Complexity ACC Projects

Job Type: Full-time, 2-year contract
Department: BIM Team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for high-complexity projects in ACC environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient model integration.
- Perform clash detection, resolve modeling conflicts, and coordinate with design teams.
- Maintain and update BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Support project teams by providing technical expertise in BIM tools and workflows.
- Generate visualizations, simulations, and reports based on BIM data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working on high-complexity projects in an ACC environment.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience working with large-scale projects in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, data management, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
