E/E Validation Analyst

Job Description

  • Responsible for development & delivery of electrical, mechanical & diagnostic trainings. This includes but is not limited to CAN-Bus communication, Kibes architecture, Engine ECU protocol, Transmission ECU protocol, ADAS Functionality and Vehicle Body Controller.Modeling physics of EE components, validation of electronic and electrotechnical sizing of systems
  • Management of diagnostic data and detailed documentation for the Diagnostic data for BMS ( Battery Management System ) Diagnostic Functinoalities
  • Participate in the realization of the validation plan for the vehicle
  • Maintain contact with all actors involved in vehicle testing/validation
  • Analysis of the data taken after the testing
  • Validation of wiring and related parts
  • Validation of digital and analog electronic systems: measurements and conduct of tests
  • Validation of software on PIE
  • Open to work travel frequently in Europe

Qualifications

  • Completed engineering studies (bachelor's or master's degree) of electrical & electronics.
  • Electrical Distribution Systems Engineering for Commercial Vehicles (BEV-BUS/ Truck), Circuit Design, Component Selection.
  • HV Power Strategy Harness Verification by hands-on continuity check, CAN, LIN connection, and voltage control on wiring harness, communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic and analysis tools such as CAN/CANalyzer.
  • Connection between HV and LV equipment by vehicle architecture. Decision of LV battery components
  • Preferably knowledge of engineering tools i.e. INDIGO, DiagRA, CANoe, Candela, vSignalyzer, CANalyzer
  • Preferably certification about handling “High Voltage Systems” on field. (Annual safety training for qualified electricians (EFK)
  • Fault Management Interface (FMI) for SPN/Fault Diagnostic concepts in Vehicle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills in English 
  • Expert level Microsoft Office package. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with core engineering processes such as FMEA.
