Launch Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Develop and implement Scroll processes for Trim, Chassis, Final Car, Door Build, Engine Build, and Internal Logistics, ensuring optimal workstation efficiency, operator density, and compactness.
Design and implement assembly lines, integrating innovative solutions to enhance productivity and space utilization.
Apply certified time standards and use graphics and software tools to streamline production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine production layouts and workflows.
Analyze and optimize the entire production cycle to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure the integration of ergonomic and safety standards in process designs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in assembly line design and implementation, specifically in an industrial engineering capacity.
Certification in time standards with proficiency in utilizing graphics and software for productivity improvement.
Demonstrated ability to develop Scroll processes for various production segments with a focus on efficiency and compactness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and optimize production processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
A commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices in industrial engineering.
Ability to manage projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
